The Beginning!
What's all this talk about Blogs? I'd been asking this question over and over for at least a year, so I figured no better way to find out then actually participating in my own. Who knows? Maybe someday some college student looking for a quote will cite a half-witted comment of my own in their research paper.

Well, let me be the first to leave a comment. I have been at geocaching for a while. I am known as Maltaman on Geocaching.com. I have been teaching orienteering in boy scouts for a few years. I contacted BSA National to try to get them to add the GPS to the orienteering merit badge but had no luck as yet. The guys would still have to learn to do it the old fashion way; map and compass. After all batteries can go dead. I have gotten interested in producing some low cost geocache containers. I wonder if there would be any market for them. maybe i'll create a web site and see what happens. Good luck with your blog site. Maybe this message will get it jump started.
